Abstract

The rapid digital transformation in educational institutions has created a need for efficient and centralized systems to manage 
academic and administrative activities. This paper presents the design and implementation of a Student Portal System developed using the Django web framework. The proposed system aims to automate and streamline student-related processes such as 
registration, authentication, course management, academic performance tracking, and communication between stakeholders. The system adopts a role-based access control mechanism, enabling secure and customized access for students, faculty, and administrators.
